Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in property, finance, or short-term lending? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join a growing team in Cape Town.

What We're Looking For

• Matric with 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience in property finance, mortgage solutions, or short-term lending is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Valid drivers license and own transport
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio
• Prospect for new leads and convert them into clients
• Schedule meetings and present finance solutions
• Follow up on quotes and leads consistently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
