Responsibilities
  • Maintain weekly and monthly meetings with potential and existing clients to drive the O & T sales figure in the region.
  • Maintain customer relations and grow the business by generating O & T sales.
  • Establish prospective customers / clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
  • Keep relationships with key account customers.
  • Monitor contract agreements and customer requirements regarding obsolescence and age of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the construction team and ensure all construction mod sales documents are processed timely to head office.
  • Ensure that the customer tender document has been fully reviewed and contains the requirements for pricing.
  • Ensure timely tender submissions on the scheduled date.
  • Send monthly forecasts to the sales director and attend forecast meetings per calendar.
  • Attend branch meetings as per branch manager’s instruction.
  • Meet all objectives/targets as per company and individual plan.
  • Understand new product launches and apply sales strategies to meet forecast and targets.
  • Submit proposals that meet sales efficiency metrics and individual targets.
  • Convert leads to sales through communication, follow‑ups, and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local networking events to promote Otis products.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitors, and product innovations.
  • Adhere to safety culture on site and in the office environment.
