About the Client: Our client operates in the wellness and preventive health industry, specialising in home-based DNA testing kits that empower individuals with insights into their health, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Role Overview

Our client is rapidly expanding their UK market presence and seeks a driven, persuasive, and target‑oriented Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Pretoria. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth through two primary channels:

  • Direct Sales: Converting inbound leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns.
  • B2B Outreach: Proactively engaging with independent wellness practitioners and businesses in the UK who may wish to promote and sell the company's DNA products.
This is a telesales role focused on building long‑term relationships and developing a network of partners who generate ongoing, passive commission income.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls daily to potential clients and partners.
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently to convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Identify, contact, and onboard independent resellers and wellness professionals across the UK.
  • Build and maintain a personal book of business partners to ensure consistent revenue flow.
  • Provide after‑sales support, relationship management, and performance tracking for partner accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call targets.
  • Report regularly on progress, conversion rates, and pipeline development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre or telesales environment.
  • Proven success in high‑volume outbound calling and lead conversion.
  • Prior experience as a Broker Consultant in financial services or similar industries (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure, comfortable working with CRM tools and following sales processes.
  • Must be willing to work UK office hours from the Pretoria office.
Package & Remuneration

Remuneration: Basic Salary – R12, per month; On‑Target Earnings (OTE): Up to R, per annum (highly commission‑based with passive income potential).
