Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Sales Person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism, who works well under pressure and can handle a fast paced demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Accurately book in customer orders
• Manage and follow up on payments for orders
• Provide excellent communication and support to customers throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Assisting Walk In Clients as well as maintaining an existing book of clients

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role
• Must work well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

Bonus Skills (not required)

• Experience in the printing, signage, or related industry

Remuneration: Between Rxx00 per month + commission on sales.
