Sales Consultant – Healthcare Software Software

Are you a people person with a passion for sales and technology?

Our client, a fast-growing player in the healthcare software space, is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients get the most out of tech that makes a real difference.

What you'll be doing

Reaching out to new clients through cold calls, networking, and leads, and turning those conversations into business opportunities.

Meeting with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and recommend the right software solution.

Running product demos and showing off how the system can make a practice run more smoothly.

Handling installations (both onsite and remote), troubleshooting any issues, and making sure the client is set up for success.

Training clients so they feel confident using the software day-to-day.

Building long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.

Looking for opportunities to upsell or upgrade packages when it makes sense for the client.

Keeping your sales pipeline, admin, and reporting up to date.

What we’re looking for

At least a year of experience in a sales role.

A background in healthcare or medical software would be a big plus.

Someone who's comfortable learning new systems and helping others do the same.

Great communication and presentation skills — both in person and online.

A problem-solver with strong attention to detail.

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable car (this role will involve local travel).

Matric (or equivalent).
