Responsibilities

Build and maintain internal and external networks for prompt delivery.
Answer calls and assist customers; direct sales leads to the Sales team.
Liaise with clients and handle inquiries, purchase orders, and forms.
Respond to emails and other correspondence; follow up on materials.
Promote and sell products and services; explain promotions.
Update and maintain client database; ensure data accuracy.
Process SAP Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets; arrange travel via SAP.
