The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of the sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, individual and team). The main purpose of the SA is to help the customer select, within our universe of jewels, the ones that best express their personality.

SELLING
  • Masters all the features of the products, enhancing technical and stylistic details, and attends to all the LINKs training to stay posted on new launches.
  • Understands and prioritises customers’ needs to offer the best possible experience in store.
  • Participates proactively and efficiently in sales activities, using all available tools and sales channels (online and offline).
  • Contributes actively to achieving sales objectives according to both individual and store goals, which are constantly monitored.
  • Maintains a high and consistent level of customer service standards.
  • Consistently seeks feedback from customers, also using quality surveys.
  • Manages all issues related to customer service in a serious, helpful and professional manner, including complaints, returns, and individual orders.
  • Finds relevant and necessary information quickly for daily work performance (e.g., priority of the day, daily goal, important updates from the company).
VISUAL AND STORE ORGANISATION
  • Participates in the organization of the store, ensuring that the store, back office, and inventory are always clean and tidy.
  • Checks delivered products, organizes and arranges them for display.
  • Takes part in stock control and internal inventory.
  • Organises shipments to customers.
  • Takes part in visual merchandising activities.
  • Keeps private any confidential information, particularly sensitive data concerning the company, the team, and the customers.
  • Supports sustainability choices of the company by implementing measures that reduce environmental impact and minimise waste.
OTHER

With the support of the SM, is co‑responsible for its own training and constant updating.
