The main purpose of the SA is to help the customer to select, within our universe of jewels, the ones that better express their personality.SELLINGMasters all the features of the products enhancing technical and stylistic details and attends to all the LINKs training to be always posted on the new launchesUnderstands and gives priority to the customer's needs in order to offer the best possible experience in storeParticipates proactively and efficiently in sales activities, making use of all the tools and the sales channels available (on line and off line)Contributes actively to the achievement of the sales objectives according to both the individual and the store's goals which are constantly monitoredMaintains high and consistent level of customer service standardsAsks constantly feedback to customers, by also using quality surveysManages all issues related to the costumer service in a serious, helpful and professional manner, in particular : complaints, returns, individual orders, etc.Promptly finds the relevant / necessary information for the daily work performance (e.g. : priority of the day, goal of the day, important updates from the company)VISUAL AND STORE ORGANISATIONParticipates in the organization of the store, making sure that the store, the back office and the inventory are always kept clean and tidyChecks the products delivered in the store, organizes and arranges them for displayTakes part in the stock control and internal inventoryOrganizes the shipments to customersTakes part in the Visual Merchandising activitiesKeeps private any confidential information, in particular sensitive data concerning the company, the team and the customersSupports the sustainability choices of the company, by putting into action measures aiming to reduce our impact on the environment and minimizing wasteOtherWith the support of the SM, is co-responsible for its own training and constant updatingDo you have what it takes to join a beautiful brand.
