Job summary

La Granson International in Bellville, near Cape Town, is seeking enthusiastic General Sales Assistants to join our team. You will support the sales force, engage customers, and help drive sales initiatives through friendly service and product demonstrations.

No prior experience required, though helpful; a high school diploma and good communication skills are preferred. You will participate in training and grow with a dynamic, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
