Job summary

Wellness Warehouse Langebaan is seeking a friendly store associate to guide customers to products, maintain merchandising standards, and support a smooth shopping experience in a health-focused store.

You will also assist at the till, handle stock counts, ensure correct price tickets, and participate in daily operations while following store procedures and contributing to CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• A genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Opening & closing procedures are followed.
• To ensure all merchandising principles are in place and that every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual.
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
