Job description

Responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance through reporting. Providing assistance with ordering of stock, liaising with suppliers, clients, and our service department. Providing various status reports on deals, finance, and contracts. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.

Responsibilities
  • Reports to and acts under the managing director and accepts limited functional direction from the Sales Managers. All other decisions must be in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Acts as the primary and secondary point of contact for all sales and customer enquiries and requests
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly (Contracts, credit apps and service agreements)
  • Allocating payments from banks
  • Loading of new products onto our Quote System
  • Updating of Price Books
  • Assisting with system training and queries
  • Providing Deal Status reports on all sales staff
  • Providing Service and rental upgrade reports
Qualifications and experience required
  • Solid understanding of how deals are structured and basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure that figures and paperwork is inputted correctly.
  • Effective verbal, written and listening communications skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to operate exceland word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
  • Experience in the Office automation space is advantageous to the position
