The opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, positive and self‑driven Sales and Service Consultant to join our well‑established niche customer centric brand. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients focusing specifically on our niche disability insurance products. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the support and assistance they need to navigate their insurance coverage effectively.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns related to our products via phone, email and other communication channels.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their satisfaction and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience.
