Sales / Marketing / Operations Manager

Mobile Automated Racking and Shelving Specialists seeks a Sales / Marketing / Operations Manager to collaborate with senior management in the development of performance goals and long‑term operational plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Work with department managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
  • Adhere to the company's policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
  • Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions.
  • Build initiatives for establishing a brand and corporate identity.
  • Oversee sales and marketing projects and ensure the efficient running of the department.
  • Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends.
  • Offer expert advice for advertising campaigns and PR activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Attend business seminars, conferences, and workshops to track industry trends.
