About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and secure new order intake through targeted sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Technical Diploma in Electronics; preferably a Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience (preferably 7) in sales or project delivery within defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and / or delivery targets.
  • Key technical skills: Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), communications, customer services, and spectrum management (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with sensor technologies, defense systems, and related markets.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events (domestic and international).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales strategy development
    Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Identify new products, markets, and business growth opportunities. Innovate and expand product offerings to generate new revenue streams. Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipelines in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses. Professionally manage customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
  3. Sales execution
    Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams. Meet or exceed Order Intake goals as per the approved Business Plan.
  4. Collaboration and coordination
    Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing teams to align sales with product offerings. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure realistic delivery schedules. Communicate customer requirements effectively across internal teams and decision‑makers.
  5. Market Intelligence
    Analyse market and industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and contribute insights to support strategic decision‑making. Provide valuable data to enhance the company's intelligence database.
  6. General responsibilities
    Identify and partner with key strategic partners to facilitate market access. Support route‑to‑market strategies and forge profitable business alliances. Adhere to the company's gifts and hospitality directive. Report on risks, opportunities, and overall sales campaign performance.
