Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusaka, Zambia. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with hands‑on experience at a marketing agency and a strong foundation in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving client acquisition, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align client objectives with deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and campaign outcomes.
- Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working within a marketing agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in sales, client engagement, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Willingness to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.
