Sales & Marketing Coordinator
part time position - 15 to 20 weekly hours
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our growth initiatives across lead generation, marketing coordination, and sales operations. This role requires a strong blend of communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, excellent with written communication, confident using digital tools, and comfortable driving outreach and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
- Lead and manage outbound outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and Dripify.
- Send targeted messages, engage with prospects through commenting and posting, and build consistent LinkedIn activity for brand visibility.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, schedule follow-ups, and maintain high-quality communication with prospects.
- Assist with the sales cycle, including proposal preparation, follow-ups after calls, and coordination of next steps with clients.
CRM & Database Management
- Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all contacts, lists, pipelines, tasks, and templates are organized and up to date.
- Track prospect engagement, manage sequences, and support reporting needs.
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage and book the Owners calendar for introductory calls, ensuring smooth coordination and time management.
- Confirm appointments, prepare meeting notes, and handle rescheduling as needed.
Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing contractors to support the development and distribution of blog posts, newsletters, and marketing assets.
- Assist with content planning, proofreading, and formatting to ensure brand consistency.
- Support social media and email marketing initiatives as needed.
Project & Process Support
- Assist in managing internal project management software by tracking tasks, updating statuses, and keeping projects organized.
- Support internal process improvements across marketing and sales workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach (messaging, posting, commenting) and tools such as Dripify.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM organization, list management, workflows, and templates.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write emails, outreach messages, follow-ups, and clear documentation.
- Experience scheduling and managing executive calendars.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing professionals to produce content and campaigns.
- Strong time-management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across projects.
- Experience assisting with proposals or the sales process is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp) is an advantage.
