Minimum requirements
  • N6 or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development in electrical and industrial sectors
  • Profound electrical engineering background and thorough understanding technical processes
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and energy systems integration
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively market and promote the company’s existing product portfolio to mining and heavy Industry
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Conduct detailed customer meetings to discuss and promote our solutions
  • Prepare and manage quotations and tender documents
  • Analyze market trends to recommend strategic product portfolio expansions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, government transport bodies, and industry stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with company targets
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth objectives
  • Manage CRM records, generate reports, and track the sales pipeline effectively
