You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM to manage activity and pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable with a drive to hit targets.

What You Will Own
