About the Company: A landscaping and garden services firm that delivers comprehensive, high-quality outdoor care—ranging from weekly garden maintenance, irrigation, JoJo tank installations, tree pruning / felling, pest control, and water-harvesting solutions—built on passion, craftsmanship, and reliability. Company is based in Randburg to work out of office for the first 3 months and thereafter the position will be hybrid.

About the Role

We're looking for a technically minded and self-motivated Sales Agent to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and following up on warm inbound leads, preparing accurate quotes, and driving new business through cold calling and targeted outreach.

You'll play a key part in expanding our customer base by understanding our range of garden services and irrigation solutions and translating that knowledge into tailored offerings for residential and commercial clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Follow up on all warm inbound sales leads; prepare and send detailed quotes and proposals; conduct client site visits (as needed) to assess requirements; proactively source new business via cold calling, networking, and outreach; maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking; meet and exceed monthly sales targets; clearly communicate technical aspects of our services, including irrigation and JoJo tank systems.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Technically minded; proven experience in sales or customer service (industry experience is a plus); fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken & written); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling; driver’s license and own reliable transport; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Package & Remuneration
  • Salary – R8, - R10, + Petrol + Cell and on target earnings of an additional R10, - R20, per month (Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)
