The Job
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Set and close appointments with clients
- Speak to warm leads over calls, email, or Zoom
- Build strong relationships and convert leads into sales
- Work with our global team and fast-track your career
- Gain hands‑on exposure to sales across industries—including forex and crypto sectors
Incentives :
- R20,000+ in commission can be made based on performance—this is in addition to your base salary.
- You’ll have 60 minutes daily split into three 20‑minute intervals to focus on high‑ticket sales, giving you the potential to earn R20,000+ in commission through high performance.
Compensation Package :
- R350 paid training for 2 days (only for selected candidates)
- Salary from R5,000 to R14,000 / month – determined by experience and performance
- Incentive bonuses for closing deals and meeting targets
- Top performers are rewarded; underperformers are not retained
The Profile
Ideal Candidate :
- Confident, proactive, and persuasive
- Some sales experience is a bonus (but not required)
- You’re coachable and excited to improve
- You thrive in fast‑paced environments and love chasing targets
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services and Professional Services.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self‑starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
