The Job
What You’ll Be Doing :
  • Set and close appointments with clients
  • Speak to warm leads over calls, email, or Zoom
  • Build strong relationships and convert leads into sales
  • Work with our global team and fast-track your career
  • Gain hands‑on exposure to sales across industries—including forex and crypto sectors
Incentives :
  • R20,000+ in commission can be made based on performance—this is in addition to your base salary.
  • You’ll have 60 minutes daily split into three 20‑minute intervals to focus on high‑ticket sales, giving you the potential to earn R20,000+ in commission through high performance.
Compensation Package :
  • R350 paid training for 2 days (only for selected candidates)
  • Salary from R5,000 to R14,000 / month – determined by experience and performance
  • Incentive bonuses for closing deals and meeting targets
  • Top performers are rewarded; underperformers are not retained
The Profile
Ideal Candidate :
  • Confident, proactive, and persuasive
  • Some sales experience is a bonus (but not required)

  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments and love chasing targets
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services and Professional Services.
