The Role

Sales Administrator


The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position involves managing customer accounts, handling day-to-day sales administration, and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of products and services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person

  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems (HubSpot)

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales progress

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing

  • Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and general admin tasks

  • Handle after-sales support, including customer complaints and queries


About You


  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (HubSpot)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

  • Reliable with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
