KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
  • Source new business opportunities (including SLA renewals and tenders).
  • Prepare and submit SLA renewals within required timeframes.
  • Assist in submitting tenders for HVAC solutions and related services.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on all quotes.
  • Distribute and track customer feedback surveys.
Reporting, Finance & Forecasting
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and forecast reports.
  • Assist with pricing and quoting, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Monitor sales margins and support the sales team in achieving profitability goals.
Administration
  • Capture and maintain sales leads, SLA renewals, and customer records.
  • Assist with social media and online presence.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties to support sales and service teams.
  • Assist with reception/telephone duties one day per week.
Compliance & Procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Team & Culture
  • Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric certificate.
  • Proven administrative experience, in a sales environment. (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, quoting, or cost analysis.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
