A leading dairy company in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a candidate for sales order processing and customer communication. The role involves ensuring stock availability and managing all sales-related documentation. Ideal applicants should possess Matric and a tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics, along with experience in FMCG manufacturing and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential for this position.
The successful candidate's primary function will be the processing of sales orders, ensuring accurate and on time delivery of stock to our customers. Areas of responsibility will include ensuring stock availability, processing of all sales related documentation, communication with customers and service providers as well as general office administration.
This position requires an individual with Matric. A3-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage, or a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position. The position also requires competence in MS Word and Excel as well as previous experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment and ERP Management System. The successful candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving and administrative skills, be able to work independently and perform under pressure.
