Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our production, procurement, and sales functions. You will play a key role in managing stock, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring operational efficiency across the steel supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production & Stock Management: Book stock into production and oversee slitting patterns.
  • Raise and process purchase orders.
  • Handle receipting and accurate stock booking into sales orders.
  • Transfer coils into relevant warehouses and monitor stock movements.
  • Send out stock lists and inventory values to customers.
  • Send out enquiries for stock availability and manage follow-ups.
  • Liaise with suppliers on stock purchasing.
  • Assist with daily coordination of sales and production operations.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in sales administration and/or operations coordination (steel or manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, stock control, and sales order processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/stock management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
