Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk in clients
- Preparation of stone quotations to clients
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Take measurements on site
- Prepare costings on project
- Managing projects detail
- Assist with procurement of material
- Assist with details for the fabrication of stone product
- Manage administrative requirements of project
- Working with installation teams on project specific
- Work together with office staff for the preparation of documents, site materials, etc.
- Site supervision where necessary
- Work together with Health and Safety Officer where projects have special health and safety requirement
- Drafting communication
- Assist in the preparation of invoicing, statements, and customer account management
- Ad hoc tasks as required by Business Development Director
Qualifications / Requirements
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with drawing and optimisation software
- Order Processing and Sales abilities
- Administrative and project management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the stone fabrication or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or related fields are advantageous
