MS-1Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support their sales operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment.

They'll be the key link between our sales team, warehouse, and customers — ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellent communication throughout the process.

This is based on a temporary contract and it is based in Centurion.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and delivery schedules
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, prices, and product availability
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist in monitoring sales targets and performance metrics
  • Handle general administrative duties within the sales department
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
