As an Account Manager (Education Sales), you’ll be responsible for managing warm inbound leads, consulting with prospective learners, and guiding them through the enrolment process. You’ll play a vital role in helping students choose the right training for their career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert warm inbound leads (no cold calling).
  • Consult with potential learners to understand their goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Build long-term relationships and provide professional, friendly guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Keep up to date with course offerings and qualifications.
What we’re looking for
  • ✔ Proven track record as a strong closer in sales
  • ✔ Experience in education sales is a plus
