Overview

OverviewA Mobility company is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals for the replacement position of Account Manager within our Sales Division.

The role involves the sale of our enterprise mobile solutions portfolio, encompassing software, hardware, professional services, and integration services.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers to assess their needs, determine system requirements, and identify potential solutions.
  • Conducting sales analyses of customer environments, including warehouse walkthroughs and route rides, to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Preparing Return on Investment (ROI) documents to clearly illustrate the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Developing, presenting, and responding to proposals and requests for proposals (RFPs), including industry-specific solutions.
  • Planning and modifying product and solution configurations to align with customer requirements.
  • Preparing and delivering professional presentations outlining our solutions and their benefits to customers and prospects.
  • Securing and renewing customer orders, managing delivery arrangements, and advising customers on estimated delivery times (ETAs).
  • Selling a comprehensive range of solutions including software, hardware, professional services, and integration services to enterprise customers.
  • Prospecting and soliciting new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Creating detailed costing sheets for each solution to determine optimal sales pricing.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.
Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • At least 5 years' sales experience dealing with enterprise customers within an IT environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage sales activities and opportunities effectively.
  • Experience in managing corporate accounts and presenting solutions at executive level.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of a consistently high standard.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Ability to evaluate relative costs and benefits to determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transport.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including the use of standard office and sales-related applications.
