We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging an existing network of contacts.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent presentation and writing skills.
Leverage existing network of contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Present our services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Presentation and Writing Skills
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Develop high-quality written proposals, reports, and communications.
Ensure all client-facing documents are professional and aligned with our brand standards.
Detail Orientation
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities.
Ensure accuracy in all client communications and documentation.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
Team CollaborationCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Lead and mentor junior account managers and representatives.
Customer SatisfactionResolve complex client issues and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and market positioning.
BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager or relevant sales role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
