  • Fluency in English; Afrikaans/Zulu are a plus.

  • Previous experience in brokerage, trading, or financial services is advantageous.

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the CFD trading space. Your role is critical in delivering a seamless trading experience, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to support client onboarding, retention, and growth.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial markets, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within a global FinTech company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide market insights, product education, and trading platform support.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with account setup, funding, and platform navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, trading products, and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in financial markets and trading (CFDs, FX, commodities, indices).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Afrikaans / Zulu) are a plus.
