Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified meetings, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith with potential clients.

You will work remotely within South Africa, using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to manage your pipeline and cadence. If you are gritty, coachable and detail oriented, this role fits you.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
