Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel activities, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You’ll use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to perform thoughtful outreach, maintain pipeline, and hit volume targets while preserving high-quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
