This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment. The individual is responsible for achieving results through their efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Service: Providing quality service, identifying new business opportunities, supporting retention, processing cases, handling complex queries, and resolving customer issues.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyzing problems to find technical or professional solutions.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Assisting visitors and referring complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Scheduling follow-ups, entering information into CRM for effective retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Setting objectives, tailoring presentations, asking questions to gauge interest, and identifying further information needs.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Developing plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
