The Fiduciary Recruitment Group in Claremont, South Africa is offering a 3-Year SAICA Training Contract commencing February 2027 for SAICA Article Clerks / Trainee Accountants to join our audit team and work toward becoming CA(SA).

You will gain practical experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and business advisory, build client relationships, and progress through SAICA competencies with coaching and mentorship. Hybrid options may be considered after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed SAICA-accredited degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences or CA.
• Eligibility to register for, or currently registered for, a CTA or SAICA-accredited postgraduate qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous.

• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts.
• Perform audit procedures and document findings in accordance with standards.
• Assist with tax compliance, including income tax and VAT submissions.
• Develop knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation and business advisory.
• Build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Apply professional judgement, ethical conduct and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional services environment.
• Participate in structured training, coaching and mentorship programs.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Progress towards SAICA training competencies and qualifying as a CA(SA).

Requirements

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

• A completed or currentSAICA-accredited degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences or CharteredAccountancy.


• Eligibility to register for, orcurrently registered for, a CTA, Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting orequivalent SAICA-accredited postgraduate qualification.


• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.


• Knowledge of SharePoint wouldbe advantageous.
