Overview

Our client, an audit and advisory firm based in Bryanston close to the N1, with a footprint in Africa, is people-driven with a strong culture. The company has been in the auditing and advisory game for more than 40 years, with offices throughout the country and abroad, offering resources to realise your career as a Chartered Accountant.

You won’t be office-bound the entire week; you will be based at clients, gaining exposure to industries across the board. As a member of the Johannesburg Article Clerks Association (JACASS), you will gain exposure to charitable initiatives and the associated activities. The group is strongly associated with Geneva Group International (GGI).

Minimum requirements

Essential:

  • Matric / Grade 12 with good results.
  • Completed B.Com Accounting and wanting to attempt their articles for the first time.
  • Passion for accounting and auditing with the goal of becoming a CA.
  • Must have a driver’s license and own car due to extensive travel to and from clients.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-presented and well-spoken.

Remuneration & benefits

Salary is dependent on the qualifications completed prior to starting articles. Affiliated with CAMAF; medical aid options available through the company. Travel reimbursement due to on-site client work. Two discretionary bonuses per year and additional study leave days.
