Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits, map user flows, and propose optimized workflows.

• Refine or recreate the company logo and develop a custom iconography set.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to define personas and pain points.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback.
