A leading animal health company in South Africa is seeking a Marketing Manager for their Ruminant portfolio. The role involves defining strategy, planning, and product development to drive revenue growth and profitability. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or marketing within the animal health/pharmaceutical industry, along with strong strategic and communication skills. This position may require travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or marketing role in the animal health/pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated success with product development and launching of new products.
• Good understanding of animal health and animal husbandry, preferably in dairy and feedlot segment.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to maximize revenue and margin.
• Develop strategic marketing and business plans for the product portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage A & P budget for assigned products.
• Provide marketing materials to sales force.
