A leading education provider is seeking a dedicated RTO Compliance person for a full-time role in Bayswater or South Melbourne. This position involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting audits, and developing policies. Candidates should have at least 3 years of RTO experience, knowledge of ASQA, and strong leadership skills. Applications are encouraged from diverse backgrounds.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RTO Compliance person to join our team in either Bayswater or South Melbourne, VIC, in this new leadership role. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring we maintain compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, including those set by ASQA, the Standards for RTOs 2025, and relevant Training Packages. This role combines some leadership responsibilities with hands‑on compliance work such as undertaking internal audits, maintaining document control, policy and process planning, and continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate may lead staff, conduct audits, develop policies and procedures, support our admin team and trainers with their compliance expertise and ensure staff maintain accurate student records in aXcelerate.

The RTO is an Enterprise RTO – meaning it exists to serve its own people. We are expanding our programs and services to further support Belgravia and provide our programs beyond Belgravia.
