Website Marketing Specialist
About The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the merchandising and promotional strategies on the Flight Centre website. This also includes improving lead-generation and conversion rates on the website through end-to-end management of the conversion rate optimisation process. This role helps lead the delivery of a continuous optimisation program across the website sales pathways and campaigns to drive improvement on analytics user experience design development and content creation of digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Campaigns and Product based teams in the ideation and building of Brand Campaign Tactical & Product landing pages
- Assist and support the wider Marketing team with the ideation and building of various content pages based on SEO recommendations, promotional and partnership events
- Create conversion rate optimisation strategies
- Have full ownership for the successful execution of key website marketing-based projects
- Analyse results and identify successes, failures, trends and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholders
- Represent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice and meet overall brand and legal guidelines
Experience & Qualifications
2 years of website marketing experience
- Retail and / or wholesale travel sales experience
- Marketing qualification(s)
- Drupal CMS experience
- Full story reporting experience
- GA4 experience (advantageous)
