About The Opportunity

This role is responsible for the merchandising and promotional strategies on the Flight Centre website. This also includes improving lead-generation and conversion rates on the website through end-to-end management of the conversion rate optimisation process. This role helps lead the delivery of a continuous optimisation program across the website, sales pathways, and campaigns to drive improvement on analytics, user experience, design, development and content creation of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Campaigns and Product based teams in the ideation and building of Brand, Campaign, Tactical & Product landing pages
  • Assist and support the wider Marketing team with the ideation and building of various content pages based on SEO recommendations, promotional and partnership events
  • Create conversion rate optimisation strategies
  • Have full ownership for the successful execution of key website marketing-based projects
  • Analyse results and identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholders
  • Represent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice and meet overall brand and legal guidelines
