Job summary

A leading food processing company based in Tzaneen, Limpopo, is seeking a Route Controller to oversee efficient product distribution and driver performance. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 education, a logistics diploma/degree, a valid driver's license, and several years of experience in distribution. Responsibilities include ensuring customer needs are met, optimising routes, and supporting driver teams. This role is permanent and based on-site.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Distribution function.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administration/transport environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective product distribution.
• Ensure driver teams deliver according to mapped and optimised routes.
• Daily monitoring and tracking of returns.
• Support, train, discipline and lead the driver & van assistant teams.
