Job summary

The programme develops leadership skills, prepares trainees to supervise daily operations and to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/operations field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Fluency in English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through up to 7 operations departments.
• Gain experience in production, quality, warehouse/distribution, planning, maintenance and engineering.
• Exposure to HR, accounting, supply chain and commercial areas.
• Develop people-management and leadership skills.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Manage or participate in projects during the programme.
