Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Room Division Manager located in Skukuza.

The Room Division Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Managing staff, scheduling, training, and reception duties.
  • Ensuring customer service standards are met, monitoring guest feedback, and implementing improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Receptionist Duties.
  • Skills in training staff and managing team operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.
