Job summary

A leading pipeline services company in Cape Town seeks a skilled operator for a robotic cutter to remove pipeline obstructions and reinstate connections. Ideal candidates will have civil engineering experience and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is advantageous. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of civil engineering experience.
• 1 year of experience as a robotic cutter.
• Must understand English or Afrikaans.

• Measure and reinstate lateral connections after CIPP.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Operate robotic cutter and remove obstructions within the pipelinesuch as roots, intruding lateral connections and foreign objects.

Tomeasure and fully reinstate lateral connections after CIPP (Curedin-Place-Pipelining)

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

Grade 12

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Be able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• A Code 8 / 10 driver's license (advantageous)
