The Risk Assessor Security is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential security risks and threats within an organization. This role involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing security vulnerabilities, and recommending security measures to ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization's operations, assets, and personnel.
  • Analyze security vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Recommend and implement security measures, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and adjust as necessary to address evolving threats.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as security personnel, IT staff, and management, to ensure alignment on security risk management strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging security threats, and regulatory requirements related to security risk management.
  • Provide security training and education to staff members on security best practices and procedures.
  • Assist in incident response and investigations related to security breaches or incidents.
  • Prepare and present reports on security risk assessments, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
