Job summary

A leading financial services company in Gauteng is seeking a Risk Management Assistant. This role includes maintaining the Risk Management Framework, assisting in annual risk assessments, and developing risk indicators. Ideal candidates will have an honours degree in a relevant field and knowledge of the insurance industry. Strong Excel skills and critical thinking abilities are essential. The position offers a total compensation package of R25K - R40K TCTC.

Qualifications

• Minimum honours level qualification in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of the insurance and/or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Risk Management with the Risk Management Framework.
• Perform the annual ORSA process and produce the ORSA document.
• Develop key risk indicators for effective monitoring.
• Maintain the risk register and incident log.
