Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Risk Controller to join the South Africa Risk team at CCBA. CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready‑to‑drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. The Risk Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust risk management frameworks and business continuity processes to safeguard operational resilience across all sites. This role ensures compliance with governance standards, drives risk awareness through training and stakeholder engagement, and provides actionable insights through accurate risk reporting and analysis. By coordinating risk‑related projects and developing mitigation tools, the Risk Controller enables proactive identification and management of operational risks, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and minimizing potential losses.
