Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related consulting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities for clients.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
• Ensure client compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Design and execute internal audit programs to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for strengthening internal controls and mitigating risks.
• Assist clients in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk exposure and compliance status for senior management.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and best practices.
