Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a CSR or HR role, ideally within professional services.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR programs.

• Lead design and execute a holistic Ripples strategy.
• Own and manage execution of EY Ripples strategy across Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for Ripples.
