Responsible for turning customer and sales data into actionable insights that influence CRM strategies, pricing, forecasting, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.

Working closely with Marketing and Sales, analysing data to increase Revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse commercial, customer, and pricing data to uncover revenue opportunities and customer buying patterns.
  • Design and automate the creation of sales opportunities and tasks within CRM based on data triggers and analytics.
  • Build, maintain, and refine pricing models to respond to market and transactional dynamics.
  • Support and optimise CPQ processes to ensure profitability and drive higher win rates.
  • Develop and manage forecasting models for accurate sales and operations planning.
  • Work cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making into commercial strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Requirements
